On your arrival day we kindly ask you to send us the attached REGISTRATION FORM by Whatsapp.
We have to notify your ID details to the Questura D’Aosta Authorities within 24 hours upon your arrival in town.

Our condominium is called CORS-LYOI and is located in the restricted traffic zone.
Once you are in town please call us and we will greet you at the Guardian’s house.
The entrance of the CORS –LYOI Condominium is in 3 Pellissier st., on the left. You will find the guardian’s house.
As you enter the property, walk across the little fence and go straight through the courtyard’s pathway.
The apartment is in Scala B, the second door on your left handside.
The Scala B door opens with an automatic button from 8am to 10pm. Then you will need the key to unlock.
The apt. is on the mezzanine floor, few steps from the entrance, first door on your the left hand-side
Our garage is located 50m from the building entrance, in the CASA BUDDEN Building.
The width of the garage is as follows: 218.5cm wide at the entrance; 236 cm internal width; 510cm depth
Our Garage is #12. Down the ramp, turn right. Then turn right again at the end of the driveway.
#12 is on your left.
Our little alpine hearth is only 40 square mt, but upon your arrival everything will be set for you to enjoy your holiday in the snow.

We are a cheerful family of 3. Nicola and I (Rossella) are in the early 50ties and work in the automotive.
Our 17 years old daughter Margherita is in her junior high school year and she longs for attending a University abroad.
We live in Saronno, 20 km north of Milano. The Alpine Hearth is our second home. Margherita is an ahtlete of the ski racing team Monte Cervino. Nic and I love skiing but snow walking too. In the summer we love hiking in the mountains.
We do travel a lot and we love to deep dive in foreign cultures and habits.
Check out procedure is very simple. We kindly ask you to:
● Turn off the lights;
● Throw away the garbage;
● Wash cutlery, glasses, plates and pans.
● Lock the door and give the keys to Marjan, Alketa or Rossella or Nicola, or simply leave them
in the apartment, depending how we agreed
